Problem: Short-circuit overload

A short-circuit overcurrent event may occur and permanently damage the end-equipment (keyboard, mouse, etc.) circuitry.

Solution: PolySwitch devices.

PolySwitch devices help limit the flow of dangerously high currents during fault conditions and reset back to normal operating mode once the fault condition is removed.
